Standard delivery is absolutely free! Once you place your order, we“ll contact you via email and/or text with your delivery date. With our standard service, your order can be with you within 2-3 days.
We“ll give you an estimated delivery window and details on how to track your delivery.
Unfortunately, we can“t deliver to you if you“re located in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
We now offer installation and recycling on selected products. If we can offer these services on the item you are buying you will be able to add the service in your checkout.
Delivery & Recycle
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one, just make sure you add it at checkout. Not all products have this option.
Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go, due to current restrictions please leave your item to be recycled at your front entrance. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just place them at your front entrance to be collected by the driver.
Delivery & Installation
We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Please just make sure, if it’s replacing an old model, that you’ve disconnected it and it’s out of the way. Installing the new one yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle. Not all products have this service available, please check at the point of checkout if you can add it to your basket.

In one trip we can recycle your old appliance and safely install your new one. This is the best option to make sure you’re up and running straight away with no hassle, if it’s replacing an old model make sure that you’ve disconnected it and it’s out of the way. Can I speak to the driver?
Yes. From 7am on the day of delivery, you can call your driver on 01204 672680. You can give your driver extra information to make sure your delivery goes smoothly but unfortunately your driver cannot change your timeslot or narrow it down further.
Who will deliver?
Most deliveries are carried out by us, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm. From 7am you can call your driver on 01204 672680. A small percentage of our deliveries are carried out by DPD, depending on whether they“re coming via the warehouse in Crewe or direct from the manufacturer.
How do I change my delivery address? Add special instructions?
At the payment stage, you“re given the option to insert a different delivery address to your payment address. If you need to amend the address after the order has been confirmed then you can send us a message via eBay. Your order will then need to be cancelled and placed again with the right address.
Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?
Yes. All deliveries must be signed for, at the delivery address, by a person aged 16 or above.

If you’re not 100% happy with your new product and you’ve not used it, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it to us completely free.
We’ll collect the product from your home, or if it’s more convenient, you can send it back to us at thousands of UK locations and you’ll receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving or collecting your item.
Our friendly team will be happy to help with any questions you might have about returning your product. If you“ve used the product
We“re happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you“ve used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Your refund will be made within 30 days of collection.
If you“ve ordered other services
Our 30 day cancellation policy also applies to any additional services you may have ordered (such as connection, recycling etc.). If you“ve ordered any additional services for a product, these will automatically be cancelled when the order for that product is cancelled (unless the service has already been performed).
If you order an additional service and expressly choose for that service to be carried out within 30 days of order (by nominating your desired day of delivery or otherwise), then you are deemed to have waived your cancellation rights and we shall not be under any obligation to refund any charges paid for such additional services.
If you think your product may be faulty
We’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible if you believe there’s a fault with your product. We’ll ask you to provide information on the product and the problem, and may suggest an engineer’s visit to help identify the fault. If the product is faulty, we’ll offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
